The condominium project known as the Gymnasium at National Park Seminary in Silver Spring, Maryland is one of the most high-profile projects in our portfolio. The historic Silver Spring, Maryland gymnasium building was constructed in 1907, and served the student body of an all women’s finishing school known as National Park Seminary. The property was later used to rehabilitate wounded veterans and later facilitate medical research.
